All Sales are final. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
All orders are made to order, unless specified by seller. After the products are made ( 1 to 2 weeks) they will be shipped which depending on where they are being shipped to, could take 2 to 6 weeks.
